"Autumn's First Kiss: A Rare Morning at Oxbow Bend"
Behold a moment of breathtaking, fleeting beauty, captured in this exquisite limited edition print, "Autumn's First Kiss." Here, the iconic grandeur of Mount Moran, freshly dusted with pristine snow, rises majestically above the tranquil waters of Oxbow Bend. What makes this scene truly extraordinary is the vibrant tapestry of autumn foliage—the golden aspens and fiery cottonwoods—still ablaze in their full glory around the river's edge, perfectly reflected in the glassy surface. It's a harmonious dance between two distinct seasons, a visual symphony of crisp winter's arrival and the lingering warmth of fall.
After years—indeed, decades—of photographing the ever-unfolding magic of Grand Teton National Park in autumn, I can tell you that a morning like this is exceptionally rare. To witness fresh, significant snow on the peaks while the autumn colors around Oxbow Bend remain completely uncovered and vibrant is a phenomenon that occurs only under the most unique and fleeting atmospheric conditions. It's a delicate balance of early season snowfall and a delayed, yet brilliant, fall display.
The thrill of being present for this exact, improbable alignment of nature's artistry was immense. It was a profound privilege to capture this rare duality, a moment that truly took my breath away and stands as one of the most unforgettable experiences in my extensive time photographing these mountains.
"Autumn's First Kiss" is more than just a photograph; it is a testament to nature's extraordinary timing and the elusive beauty of the Tetons. Owning this limited edition print means possessing a piece of this unique, once-in-a-season spectacle, a constant source of wonder and a vibrant reminder of the park's unparalleled charm.
Snowy Reflection. A fine art limited edition print of 200 pieces.
It was a rare morning in the Teton to have fresh snow on the mountains and uncovered autumn foliage around the Oxbow.

This ensures the image quality remains pristine for decades, meeting the standards required for gallery exhibitions and long-term private collections.
A: I create prints using processes that guarantee maximum clarity and longevity:
A: Limited editions are a hallmark of collectible art. By restricting the total number of copies produced for a specific image, the scarcity is guaranteed, which generally supports the artwork's collectible value and long-term investment potential. Once an edition is sold out, it is never reprinted.
A: Every limited-edition fine art print is authenticated:
Signature: Each print is signed and numbered.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA): A formal Certificate of Authenticity is provided with every purchase. This document details the artwork title, total edition size, medium, and the specific number of your print (e.g., 5/100).
Provenance: This documentation verifies the print's origin and is essential for future appraisal or resale.
A: Edition sizes vary by image and reflect how repeatable the subject is. Most fall between 100 and 200; some are 50; a few are larger. Every image page states its own edition, and that number is fixed permanently the day it is published.
A: Since each limited-edition print is custom-crafted to your material and size specifications, production requires careful attention.
Production Time: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for printing, finishing and quality control. Custom orders and the holiday season may run longer. Rush production is available at a 20-30% premium — contact me if you have a date to meet.
Shipping: Shipping times vary by destination, but tracking information is provided as soon as your artwork ships.
A: All shipments are handled by professional art carriers and are fully insured against damage during transit.
