How long does production and shipping take?

Standard production time is 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Rush production is available for time-sensitive projects — contact Jess at the time of ordering to discuss. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.

Can I order a sample print before committing to a full project order?

Are the prints in this collection exclusive?

What information do I need to provide to get a room mockup?

A photograph of the wall — ideally with something in frame for scale reference such as a piece of furniture — and the approximate wall dimensions. Jess will return a scaled digital mockup showing the print in the space, typically within two to three business days.
