I will try to keep the trip up dates coming as I travel around the state and lead the August Silver Salmon Creek bear photography shoot.

I would like everyone to know I have decided to add a Autumn trip to Zion National park. It is such a great location at this time of the year I can’t stay away and would love to share some of the best and less popular locations.

You can see that trip and others including our very reasonable and most excellent Africa trips at http://www.jessleephotos.com/toursch.html

Watch for updates.

Can it be happening again? fire crews are trying to keep the Le Hardy fire from reaching the historic Fishing Bridge complex. Lake Hotel is not far away.

For the past several days I have been shooting the fire and fighting efforts. I even shot the ghost of a grizzly thru the smoke of the fire. It was the day before and in the location a fire fighter was attacked.

I will be back in the Park tomorrow before leaving for Alaska on the 13th.

Interestingly I was in Alaska during the 88 fires.

ummmm

When we passed over the beach my heart jumped into my throat as I exclaimed “we have new cubs”. Now 8 hour later I am down loading todays 12 gigs of bear images. All 9 of us have very big smiles. More to come.
