Mariposa Grove Yosemite

The Mariposa Grove of Redwoods is one of the most accessible areas to find the big trees in the park. It had been over 30 years since I had visited here, a place where I spent much time in my youth. I guess you really start to feel your age when you can see a change in a 2000 year old redwood forest. But most of the change was for the better with roads turned into walking paths, making the big trees a much more peaceful place to capture lovely images. A place I plan of return to this fall. I just can’t wait another 30 years.
