Earth Day 2010. I remember the first. I was in Boulder, Colorado doing that thing, at that time. Time has marched on but this morning I wondered how we as a nation have moved, forward or back?
I suppose today I should be old enough to accept that change takes time, but in reality I think that change just take will and nerve. Yes, as a nation we have those things, but it seems our government just has the nerve to steal from the future generations and the will to do it without caution.
Earth day was beautiful for me but I wonder, how it will be for my grand kids when they reach my age?
We can hope. We can dream. Or we can do both and also act!

Amen Jess! I have never been a real political person, but in the last year I have really become active in letter writing to multiple gov officials and offices.
