Grand Teton Fall Photo Tour and Workshop
September 27 through Oct 1st
Autumn is an incredibly special time in Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park.
It is the perfect time for the explosion of autumn color. The aspens will be turning the air crisp and there usually is fresh snow in the mountains. The Teton's are one of the worlds most dramatic mountain ranges and we will show you the best locations and how to capture images of the stunning land called Jackson Hole.
Along with the great scenery we will photograph the abundant wildlife of the Grand Teton National Park. Moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, black and grizzly bears are usually found here along with the occasional wolf. On this trip you will have a chance to photograph many locations not visited during most other tours.
We will meet the afternoon of the 27th in Jackson Hole for a introduction, preparation meeting and evening photo shoot in Grand Teton National Park.
Sept 28,29,30th will be dedicated to photographing many of the more unique views in this scenic area by first light. We will also cover the more common locations such as Oxbow Bend, Mormon Row and Snake river Overlook. Afternoons will be spent photographing moose and other wildlife in this habitat rich piece of Wyoming. During this time Jess will be giving instruction and guidance on how to best photograph each location relying on his over thirty years of experience here.
After our morning photo shoot on Oct 1st we will bid you good by to continue home or further explore these great locations.
