This is the prime time for a Yellowstone-Grand Teton photo trip. Elk, Bison, Deer, Moose, Wolf and Bears will be in prime condition preparing for winter as they forage in the mellow gold meadows and aspen forest. This spectacular event along with the scenic wonders of America's first national park makes this one the most beautiful times for nature photographers in the Yellowstone/Teton country.

The itinerary will include meeting the afternoon of September 21th in Idaho Falls, Idaho where we will pick you up for our trip to Yellowstone National Park. This will include a trip orientation and evening of photographing along the Madison River in Yellowstone National Park. For the next 3 days we will leave West Yellowstone well before dawn to set up in time for our sunrise shooting among the rich wildlife that autumn brings. These will be long exciting days with opportunities to photograph subjects as varied as large mammals, the Elk rut, bubbling geysers and mud pots.

On the 25th we will depart Yellowstone after a morning shoot and safari to Grand Teton National park and Jackson Hole Wyoming. From here we will spend our time photographing the autumn colors and wildlife with the backdrop of one of the most magnificent mountain ranges in the world.

The afternoon of the 27th find us photographing the Idaho side of the Teton's for a unique view on our way back to Idaho Falls for your flight home.
