November 25th - Dec 1st
This trip is truly more than birds but birds are part of the experience of autumn in New Mexico.
Nov 25th
We will begin by picking you up at Albuquerque's airport. by 5 pm. From there we will proceed to the historical and scenic State Capitol of Santa Fe. At this time of the year Santa Fe will be decorated with it old world Spanish splendor. The glamour and history of Santa Fe are great but the addition of Christmas decorations are the icing that puts this beginning to our journey over the top.
Nov 26th
After our morning shoot in Santa Fe our journey will take us south to capture the evening light and the after glow of the great New Mexico light cast on seldom visited Pueblo ruins. The evening of the second day will find us staying in Socorro where for the next 2 mornings we will leave to catch the sunrise spectacle of Bosque Del Apache NWR.
Nov 27 & 28
There is no better place to practice flight photography and learn to unleash the creative side to your bird photography.The afternoon of day four will find us heading south again to the senic dunes of White Sands National Monument
Nov28, 29th
White Sands National Monument. Here we will capture the soft evening light as it caresses the curves of white dunes while we scout for pristine locations for our especially prepared sunrise shoot in the otherwise closed monument. The afternoon of the 5th day will find us photographing our way back to the north.
30th
The 30th will find us back along the Rio Grande with 10's of thousand snow geese as our subjects. Here we will explore Light, action and motion as creative aspects of our images. In the afternoon we will be headed for the outback of Old New Mexico shooting locations such as the old cattle town of Magdalena, the plain of San Agustin and the VLA.
Dec 1st
After our sunrise shoot it will be time to return to Albuquerque's sun port for your return trip home.
Single Occpancy $2195. Couples $1895 per person.
Includes Lodging, Ground Transportion, park fees and guiding. Meals not included but the cost will be modest.
$500 non refundable deposit. Final payment 120 days prior to departure date. Final payment is refundable if you can find someone to fill your place. If for any reason the trip is cancelled by JessLeePhotos your total moneys will be refunded.
